1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RankGuru! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankGuru platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using RankGuru, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

RankGuru is operated by RankGuru.in ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RankGuru. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

By using RankGuru, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all provisions herein.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure you log out from your account at the end of each session
• Not share your account with others
• Not allow others to access the Service through your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

4. License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

RankGuru offers premium subscription plans with enhanced features. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and features are described on our Premium page and are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including questions, solutions, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and course materials (the "Content"), is the property of RankGuru or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"RankGuru" and associated logos are trademarks of RankGuru.in You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

6.3 User Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such submissions into our Service.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

We do not guarantee that:

• Defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses
• The accuracy or reliability of any content or information obtained through the Service
• Use of the Service will result in specific exam scores or outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKGURU AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification
