$c = \frac{1}{\sqrt{\epsilon_0 \mu_0}}$
Substituting $\epsilon_0 \approx 8.854 	imes 10^{-12} 	ext{ F/m}$ and $\mu_0 = 4\pi 	imes 10^{-7} 	ext{ H/m}$ gives $c \approx 3 	imes 10^8 	ext{ m/s}$.
